Remote Tech Support files

For remote support, please download one of the above files for your system which requires tech support. Once downloaded, just run the file (there's no installer) and provide us with the code it presents. If your anti-virus tries to disable the file, please turn your anti-virus off temporarily until tech support has completed tasks.

WARNING: Do not give anyone else your remote access code! Lodge your support ticket on the "Contacts" page and a Galaxy IT tech will contact you shortly with a unique support ticket code.
