Technical Support using Remote Access
As you may know by now, Galaxy IT is located in Canberra (ACT) and our physical onsite range is limited to the ACT and nearby NSW towns. Today it's not a problem anymore if you reside or your business resides anywhere else in Australia!
Galaxy IT is able to remotely connect to your systems to perform any maintenance agreements or troubleshoot any issues you may have.
This service is not limited to just business but includes the Home user too! Even if you live within Canberra, we can remotely connect to your systems using some great software which is both secure and functional.
The software we use generates random codes that you give us to enable the connection. When we log off from your system we cannot reconnect unless you give us another code. This ensures your security and safety as this is our priority at Galaxy IT.
